Names Printed on the Chumashim

Dear Parents,

We are getting so excited for our Mesibat Chumash.

Please open the attached document and verify that your child's Hebrew name is written correctly and can be printed on his/her Chumash as we have it.  If you child's name is incorrect or blank, please send us the correct Hebrew name by Monday.
